Dear women,
I am coming to you as a fellow female who thinks it’s high time to give men the rights that they deserve. Men are strong and powerful and they are more than a sex object. They aren’t just here to serve us women. Ladies, I know we aren’t ALL bad. I mean look at me fighting for men’s rights. I have seen an injustice and have decided to speak on it. There are countless examples of discrimination against men, one being the fact that, though there is an Equal Pay Act men are still getting paid less in a corporate sense. It might not be intentional, but it happens nonetheless. All this to say, I have done some thinking and really reflected on how women treat men, and it’s kinda messed up. I think something needs to change.
I know it’s kind of a crazy idea, but hear me out. How would you feel being scared you were going to get punched in the face in NYC? Men are living in this state of constant fear and that’s NOT okay. It is harder to find a man who hasn’t been sexually assaulted than a man who has. How messed up is that. And ladies, I know it’s hard for us to control ourselves. I mean, it’s over the moment we see a man’s clavicle. The hormones take over. I’m sure men understand that, or at least the good ones do. I mean how are we women that aren’t me, because I am NOT one of those women, supposed to control ourselves when men wear those sexy clothes like tight jeans and fitted shirts. They are practically begging for it. But apparently that doesn’t always mean they want to sleep with you, so you have to ask to respect them or whatever.
Women, I know this seems silly but maybe men are equal to women. I think if we just all post about it on social media it will invoke real change. I don’t think we need to bother with any policies because sexism wouldn’t find itself in our government. So let’s grab our phones, open Tik Tok, and post a video on men’s rights with #xybca to make sure it goes viral. This is an important cause and deserves to be treated as such. The video should address two main points, that it’s not ok that men are treated like meat and that you (the person making the video) believes in men’s rights. This will definitely work on making change in the world.
To all the haters out there saying this isn’t enough, what do you propose? Do you think the judicial system shouldn’t give assaulters a slap on the wrist because “she is a good woman”. That if a woman has a pattern of disrespecting men that they should have to go to court mandated therapy to help them work through their man hating ways. That we as a society should believe a man when they come forward about how a woman hurt them and to not assume they are attention seeking. That men should be treated as something more than a piece of meat. To not disregard men’s achievements. That we fix textbooks to give men credit for their discovery that women took credit for. Is THAT what you think should happen?
